The Morgan Farm lies in Grintovec, a village on the ridge above the Drnica Valley near Šmarje, Slovenia. At first their production of olive oil was just for home uses. At the end of the 1990 they decided to expand - on historic olive sites, in the vicinity of their village, they restored and planted olive groves with 800 trees. They produce olive oil and table olives following a traditional debittering procedure. They use fruits of ecologically grown Istrian black olive tree variety Leccino in extra virgin olive oil and green Štorta olives in brine, which are hand-picked and sorted. For their oils they have received many local and foreign rewards like 3th place in Organic Foreign Extra Virgin Olive Oils (Leone d\'Oro dei Mastri Oleari 2018), The Best Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the World (Ostuni, BIOL 2017), Gold Award (New York, NYIOOC 2017), Gold Award (Verona, Sol d’Oro 2017), Top 20 world olives oils by FLOS Olei Marco Oregia (2015, 2017) and many others.
